China (mainland) – Dongguan Hengchang Machinery Fty has launched model HC2000, a quilting machine with an automatic error-probing system. Messages are displayed on the computer screen.

The product, which has an adjustable presser board and a loop-tracing system, uses 180/24 or 140/22 needles. It makes 2 to 8mm stitches at a rotation speed of 600 to 1,200rpm. Suitable for producing single and multiple patterns, the model processes 80 to 230m hourly. It can handle quilts measuring 2,450mm wide and ≤80mm thick.
